Along with the popularization of higher education,how to fufill the society's need to talents of pioneering work in higher vocational colleges has been playing an important role in the construction of harmonious society,thus to propose that cultivation of talents of pioneering work has been becoming a social responsibility of the higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this article just aims to analyze the cultivation system to talents of pioneering work and explore the methods for the cultivation system in higher vocational colleges.
