more than a week ago I had posted a topic " visit to Indonesia ". Here i would like to make a summary of this visit.

1. indonesia is the most corrupted country i have ever been to. -- $25 for a Visa on Arrival (it should be $10 for 7-day stay); customs officers ask for tips (dollars or pounds) when visitor passing through the Indonesia customs. We paid only 50000 local currency. However, most visitors paid more or less than $100. ($1 = 9000 local currency).

2. you will be charged high tax if you have brought samples.

3. Jakarta is the capital of Indonesia. However, it is very dirty. you can see the rubbish everywhere. local resident is very lazy. they start working after 10 a.m.

4. Security issue --- you have to be inspected when you are entering a building, hotel, shopping mall, etc.

5. Low income accompany with high consumption. you will find if you go there.

6. dangerous transportation system. you will see many motorbikes driving crazy on streets.

7. i found one good thing: oil is only 5000 local money ($0.55) each litre.

Therefore, i have a pessimistic impression of this country. not suitable for our business.
