    客户不要货怎么办?

    9月份接了一个单子,客户也把30%的预付款打过来了,可是从9月30日收到客户的最后一封邮件,到现在我都给他发了有十几封邮件了,可是他一封都没有给我回。是不是客户不想要这批货了呢?如果是的话,我现在应该怎么办啊?我们的货都已经差不多生产好了啊。

    路过,长见识了,我觉得还是应该生产完,材料都准备好了,不生产也浪费,加上万一人家到时要货了,也不好办的

    你报的价格应该有个期限的,关键是怕客户拖了半年以后再来提货....把你的公司当仓库了

    再打个电话询问一下要不要了。不要的话可以停止生产。除非客户生病住院了,不然就是不想要货了。我们公司也遇到过。预付款100%不退给他。谁叫他不按合同办事的。只有降价把货再卖给别的客户了。

    30%的预付,很高啊,有了这些预付,你怕什么?他不提货有了这30%的预付,也没有什么损失,现在我们产品的市场别说是30%了,就连10%都谈不下来。。。

    这是很正常的事,做业务肯定会遇到的。不过我想没关系的,至少有了30%的预付款,生产好了的产品也可以销售给其它客户。
