Working Principles

Three-Arms Planetary Mixer is a new model developed from traditional double planetary mixer. Three helical blades rotate on their own axes, while they orbit the vessel on a mixer. It can mix materials homogeneously in a short time without any blind angle. Three helical blades are casted in shape and machined precisely by CNC and closely unlimitedly to each other without any contact. Three-Arms planetary mixer have powerful kneading and mixing function, it can handle high viscosity materials up to 5,000,000 cps.

Characteristics

1、  The blades are casted and machined by CNC. Shift in single piece with pentagon type. High precision accuracy ensures no blind angle in mixing process.

2、  Planetary chamber are all stainless steel and sealed well, mechanical seals are overall alloy which ensure no oil and air leakage occur.

3、  Upper tank is mounted with a quick released pallet which can effectively avoid material splashing to the planetary chamber and dispersing bearing seat, and make it easy to clean.

4、  Dispersing shaft is dynamically balanced, and is driven by helical gear with torque force.

5、  The safety interlock is designed by the most advanced theory in the world which can effectively guarantee the safety of operation worker.
