哈哈，我没丢哈，不过看到网上很多人问，我就试着问了一下我的货代，货代给了我一股无比恐怖的答复：

可以重新出提单，但是要拿出货值2到3倍的钱，押给船公司2到3年，

妈呀，绝对不能丢了提单

另外一个答案：出提单遗失保函给货代，加盖公章，经办人手签。可以重签正本
