发开发信的时候,一般都是没有回复的,可是,这次却收到一个客户的回应直接说:
Sorry, but because of all of the faulty products that I've seen in the past ten years coming into the US from China, including drywall to build new homes in my area, that has made people sick and not be able to move into their brand new homes -- meaning that China has no to littel quality control, unless the US sends their own people to supervise production -- I won't order anything for my health related business from China. Not even bottles or paper products and bags. and I certainly would not buy anything that people take internally (eat) or use on their skin. There is too much risk (for me) of having a tainted or watered down / diluted product, or a product that contains toxins instead of premium ingredients, which I always use. I know that not everyone feels the same way that I do, but of course, not everyone is concerned with natural health and offering quality products. They are simply looking at the bottom line, or how much profit they can make.
客户发了这样的信过来,几天都过去了,不知道怎么回应。我们中国的产品有一些确实不是那么好,但是,应该也没有这么差吧,还有,我们公司的产品,我自己都有用,没有什么问题的啊,可是听到有客户这样说,心里还真的觉得为什么美国佬会这样看我们中国的质量的?觉得真的是一个很值得深思的问题。
各位在外贸这一块的高手,你们一般都怎么看待这种问题呢?
