    一般来讲：开立信用证的手续费用是按照金额大小来收的，一般是信用证金额的18%左右，不过最低收费应该在40-60美金左右，不同银行收费也不等。 T/T：也是按照金额收费，一般是0.125%再加上0。125%的电报费。不过手续费有最高和最低收费，分别为USD12和USD120（不包括电报费）。
