A few months ago,when i was in a very bad mood,and couldn't find the aspect of any way.And i really didn't know how should i do and what i should do the next.In that moment i thought of a foreign friend of mine,who is a black,and seems good at comforting others when they are helpless.
Without my expectation,he does.I can remember the message he sent to me,which is written as "Sometimes,when you run so fast to get somewhere,you will miss the fun of getting there.Life is not a race,so take it slower,and hear the music before the destination."
Well,I will never forget it.It is like a proverb that will spur on me forever,especially when i feel tire out for something,then just stop doing everything on hand,do have a break,breath in a fresh air.Also i can do anything i like,sing a song,write a poem,or just sit in a quiet place thinking,without any engagement.
Relaxation will not take you too much time,even just three minutes is enough.So why not enjoy it?Enjoy your life!
