in most cases, customers will drive a hard bargain with you. some salesmen will have to accept their offer. thus, you are led by your customers and you are a loser.
my suggestion is that when we make concessions to our clients, we have to request their compromise as well. this is an effective way to achieve mutual benefit. for instance, they need low price, you require high volume, etc.

Tks, that's good idea. but the price is always the first and most important actor,unless our clients have enough benifit to accept higher price than competitors. maybe we need improve our negotiation skills,but some clients is no patient to talk with you. respone change with constancy.
