    如何对付撒谎的客户

     我厂有一土耳其客户在美国开的公司,去年下了一次订单,拖了一年九月份才把货发出去,货发了,船也到港了,叫他付钱,他每次说这星期,要不然就不理人。TOMORROW和NEXT WEEK 是他的口头禅,他竟然更过份的骗我说已经付了。我让他传水单,他闪人了,不理你!又拖了一段时间,终于付了。真的可恶啊,没付就没付,为什么要骗我啊。虽然提单在我手,但这种信誉完全没了。钱一刚汇出就催我电放,他竟然说同一天就能到我们帐?

     最近又要下订单了,说实话,我心里有点慌,虽然在形式发票上加了晚一个月提货就加收5%,而且明确告诉他没收到订金不会生产,他竟然还偶尔问我有没有开始生产了,他要得急,我说钱付了吗?他不是说这星期就是不理人,这一拖又是几个星期了。我有时候真想把他打入冷宫!这商人说话不要负责任吗?

     

    求高手帮我出谋划策啊,真的,我已经在外贸行业混了七年多了,第一次碰到这种商人。老板说林子大了,什么鸟都有,但如何才能在不丢掉这个客户的前提下又让我们的利益不受损呢?

    放单是肯定要等提单,但是如果他每次这样一直推迟发货,这影响就大了,占有仓库不说,资金也占用了,而且人民币升值损失大啊!

    钱真是个好东西哈,无论是国人还是老外在钱的问题上总是有诸多问题,所以对有些低信誉的人来说只有让对方的钱确实到帐了才能放货(放单).

    呵呵,这样的客户是应该在他下订单的时候,就先要把所有货款收清的。 钱收了,他怎样做都可以了。 john QQ:974372361
