    SANMU901 HOT MELT INK ROLLS
    Description

     
    The SANMU SM9O1 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. The SANMU SM901 Series ink roll is SANMU's general, all purpose ink roll. It is made for use on SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films.

    Major Performance Characteristics:
    SANMU SM901 series offers good roll life, good abrasion resistance, and excellent adhesion.
    SANMU SM901 series has very good adhesion to many packaging substrates including:
    - polypropylene
    - polyethylene
    - surface printed films
    - coated and uncoated cartons

    SANMU SM902 HOT MELT INK ROLLS
    Description

    The SANMU SM902 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. It is made for use in SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films.

    Major Performance Characteristics:
    • SANMU SM902 series ink roll offers superior roll life, moderate abrasion resistance, and good adhesion.
    • SANMU SM902 series ink roll provides improved print density.
    • SANMU SM902 may cause package to package ink offset. It may also cause pickoff to contact points on the packaging equipment.
    • Good adhesion to many packaging substrates including:
    - polypropylene
    - polyethylene
    • SANMU SM902 is not recommended for printing on mylar laminates or metalized backed substrates.
    • If SANMU SM902 series ink causes smearing, SANMU901 series ink should be used.

    SANMU SM918 HOT MELT INK ROLLS

    Description
    The SANMU SM9I8 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. It is made for use in SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films. SANMU SM918 ink rolls have a low operating temperature and are recommended for printing on temperature sensitive packaging films, in addition to many other substrates. Recommended operating temperature: 130°C. Can operate at temperatures as low as 100° C). Very good roll life. Excellent abrasion resistance. Provides very good print performance at low operating temperatures. Excellent adhesion to many packaging substrates including: Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Nylon, Polyester.

    SANMU SM926 HOT MELT INK ROLLS

    Description

    The SANMU SM926 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. It is made for use in SANMU Touch Dry coders, and is recommended for printing on most packaging films.

    Major Performance Characteristics:
    • SANMU SM926 Series ink roll offers moderate roll life, excellent abrasion resistance, fair adhesion, and excellent moisture resistance.
    • SANMU SM926 Series ink roll is recommended for applications with heated processing equipment. This ink roll provides the best resistance to heat.
    • Excellent adhesion to many packaging substrates including:
    - polypropylene
    - mylar laminates
    - coated and uncoated labels
    - coated and uncoated cartons

     

    SANMU SM903 HOT MELT INK ROLLS

    Description 
    The SANMU SM903 Series Touch Dry ink roll is a foam roll impregnated with hot melt ink. It is made for use in SANMUTouch Dry coders. SANMU SM903 series ink rolls have a low operating temperature and are recommended for printing on temperature sensitive packaging films. This series ink roll is available in black only. Designed for applications where low temperature is critical, such as thermal shrink wrapping. Ink softens at 70°C and melts at 80°C. Recommended operating temperature: 1O5°C.

    Major Performance Characteristics
    • Excellent print quality.
    • Excellent abrasion resistance.
    • Excellent rub resistance. 
    Recommended for printing on oriented polypropylene, polyester, polyethylene, and films printed with polyamide ink. Not suitable for printing logos or large text. Works well for date codes.
