The aircraft engineering company has been created in 2005 as a design-engineering department dealing with the civil aviation aircraft design.

The company's line of activity is the design and production of light single engine four-seat aircraft.

The production is concentrated on the company's own areas where the main aircraft manufacturing process takes place. The company's main body consists of the team of experts that have many years of practical experience in the field of civil aircraft production, operation and repair at the aviation facilities of Ukraine; they are known as Antonov Aeronautical Scientific-Technical Complex (Antonov ASTC).

The production quality has been certified by the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine, which has also authorized the company for the production of safe aviation products.
