For over forty years, working the coffee, going to buy "green" directly in the plantations of Central and South America (Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama ...), then select the best quality, takes care of transport to in Italy in Canzo, in the province of Como, in roasting, where the raw coffee is roasted in accordance with the more traditional Italian system, integrated systems and technologies.

In Nimex, the primary aim has always been to maintain constant the quality of its mixtures.

Our capsules and pods are individually packaged under nitrogen in a controlled atmosphere so as to maintain unchanged the aroma until the time of consumption.

The ground coffee, once in contact with the oxygen present in the air, it loses its flavor due to the oxidation process. For this reason, the coffee is sold under vacuum. When it comes to capsules or pods, however, there is an even more effective solution: the packaging in a controlled atmosphere.

Each capsule, or pod, is individually packaged in a foil pouch which is extracted from the air and replace it with nitrogen, a completely natural preservative completely harmless to health.
